My First Try at Audio Journaling

I had the idea of audio journaling since I have pain in my hands from fibromyalgia and writing is too uncomfortable. This episode is far from polished. Fair warning!

I'm a disabled woman recording these tracks while lying ill in bed.

This started as a good way to journal and work on a few issues I'm dealing with. It's difficult for me to write or type very much because of pain in my hands. (I have severe fibromyalgia.)

It is a peek into my life as a disabled person. I'm just kind of trying things out and fooling around with options at the moment so be patient with me.

Where you come in is that you can email me your thoughts and I might post them and/or read and talk about them on my podcasts. There will also be surveys I might read out loud. These will be anonymous. (This will be done is basically the same style as on the podcast Mental Illness Happy Hour which was my inspiration.)
